Forex Tading Hours - best times to trade.

Yes, the flexible and always trading Forex Market. The Forex Market trades 24 hours a day “almost” 7 days a week. Yikes! now that’s a lot of trading hours. The Forex Market opens on Sundays at 5pm EST time and closes on Fridays at 4pm EST.

Now just because the Forex market is on 24 hours a day doesn’t mean that there are favorable market conditions at all times.
